Background
CTLA-4 (CD152) is an inhibitory checkpoint receptor that outcompetes CD28 for B7 ligands to restrain T-cell activation and enforce peripheral tolerance. Clone 9H10 is a Syrian hamster IgG monoclonal antibody to CTLA-4 in the mouse, validated for Western blot, blocking, ELISA and flow cytometry. Anti-CTLA-4 9H10 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. As a non-therapeutic, research-use-only (RUO) reagent, 9H10 provides reproducible performance for checkpoint-blockade and tumour-immunology studies in the mouse.
