Background
Tumour necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha) is a master pro-inflammatory cytokine that regulates inflammation, cell survival, and immune cell recruitment. Clone TN3-19.12 is an Armenian hamster IgG monoclonal antibody to mouse TNF-alpha, validated across immunoprecipitation, Western blot, functional assays, flow cytometry, and blocking, allowing both characterisation and neutralisation of TNF activity. Anti-TNF-alpha TN3-19.12 is provided in a low-endotoxin formulation appropriate for in vivo mouse studies. The antibody is produced in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities to support bulk and high-throughput research, and is supplied for research use only as a non-therapeutic reagent.
