Application Notes
Flow Cytometry: It is recommended to use the indirect method for signal enhancement when enumerating cells expressing TCR. A suggested method would be to stain cells expressing TCR with Anti-Mouse TCR at ≤1.0 µg per 1.0 X 106 cells in a 100 µl total staining volume, followed by Goat Goat Anti-Armenian Hamster IgG (H&L)-R-phycoerythrin
Each investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.

Background
T cells bearing the gamma-delta T-cell receptor play distinctive roles in barrier immunity and early immune responses. Clone UC3-10A6 is an Armenian hamster IgG monoclonal antibody that recognises mouse TCR V gamma 2, validated for flow cytometry, immunoprecipitation, and in vivo depletion of the corresponding T-cell subset. Anti-TCR V gamma 2 UC3-10A6 is formulated at low endotoxin levels for reliable in vivo use. The antibody is produced in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities to support bulk and high-throughput laboratories, and is supplied as a non-therapeutic reagent for research use only.
