Background

GM-CSF (CSF2) is a hematopoietic growth factor and inflammatory cytokine that promotes the development and activation of granulocytes, macrophages and dendritic cells. Clone MP1-22E9 is a rat IgG2a monoclonal antibody to mouse GM-CSF, validated for Western blot, ELISA, ELISPOT, blocking, immunocytochemistry and frozen IHC. Anti-mouse GM-CSF MP1-22E9 is supplied in a low-endotoxin, in-vivo-suitable format and produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk laboratories.
