Storage
anti-CD20 In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin (2H7) is stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at -80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.

0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added.

Background
CD20 is a B-cell surface phosphoprotein involved in calcium flux and B-cell activation, and a long-standing marker for mature B lymphocytes. The mouse IgG2b kappa monoclonal clone 2H7 recognises human CD20 and is validated for flow cytometry, CyTOF, frozen-section IHC and immunoprecipitation. Anti-CD20 clone 2H7 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and scaled from milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories. This non-therapeutic reagent is provided for research use only (RUO) and delivers consistent results across B-cell biology applications.
