Background
4-1BB (CD137) is an inducible co-stimulatory receptor on activated T cells that enhances proliferation, survival and effector function. Clone 3H3 is a rat IgG2a kappa monoclonal antibody against mouse 4-1BB, validated for Western blot, functional assays, ELISA, stimulation and immunoprecipitation. Developed for in vivo applications, low endotoxin 3H3 is manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to support high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories.
