Background:
CD86, also known as B7-2, is a type I transmembrane glycoprotein and a member of the Ig gene superfamily. CD86 is a ligand for CD28 and CD152 (CTLA-4). CD86 is related to the CD80 molecule and functions as a counterreceptor for CD28 and CTLA-4. The GL1 clone has been shown to provide critical signals for T-Cell-dependent responses in vivo and in vitro.
Immunogen:
LPS-activated CBA/Ca mouse splenic B cells
Concentration:
0.5 mg/ml
Formulation:
This DyLight® 650 conjugate is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.
Storage:
This antibody is stable when stored at 2-8°C. Do not freeze.
