Bulk anti-human CD7 antibody (T3-3A1)

Product Benefits:

ichorbio's bulk anti-human CD7 antibody (T3-3A1) is manufactured in a cGMP compliant, ISO Quality Standard 9001:2015 facility. ichorbio's low endotoxin antibodies have half the endotoxin of comparable antibodies from Bio X Cell at less than 1.0 EU/mg. If ichorbio's low endotoxin antibodies are not low enough we also offer ultra low endotoxin antibodies which have even less endotoxin (<0.5EU/mg) at an even higher purity (98% versus 95%). ichorbio: the best antibodies for in vivo research.

Target:

CD7

Clone:

T3-3A1

Isotype:

Mouse IgG1 κ

Uniprot:

P50283

Host:

Mouse

Species Reactivity:

Mouse

Specificity:

Clone T3-3A1 recognizes an epitope on human CD7.

Purification Method:

This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Antigen Distribution:

CD7 is expressed on T cells, NK cells, thymocytes, hematopoietic progenitors, some normal B cells, malignant B cells, acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL) cells, and some acute myeloid leukemia (AML) cells. It is weakly expressed on monocytes.

Background:

CD7 is a 40 kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein and is a member of the Ig superfamily. It plays a vital role in T-cell interactions, in adition to, T-cell/B-cell interaction during early lymphoid development, and has been shown to interact with PIK3R1. Functional studies indicate that crosslinking of the CD7 can stimulate transmembrane calcium flux in T cells. Lack of CD7 expression can help to diagnose T-cell lymphoproliferative disorders, such as mycosis fungoides/Sezary syndrome and adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma.

Concentration:

1.0 mg/ml
