Anti-CD90 In Vivo Antibody – Low Endotoxin (HK2.1) recognizes the Thy-1.1 and Thy-1.2 alloantigens of all mouse strains tested. This antibody is reported to stimulate mouse T-cell proliferation.
Antigen Distribution:
Anti-Mouse CD90 (Thy-1) is present on thymocytes, most peripheral T-lymphocytes, some intraepithelial T-lymphocytes, epithelial cells, fibroblasts, neurons and hematopoietic stem cells, but not B-cells of most mice tested.

0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added. BSA and Azide free.
