Bio X Cell:
ICH1060 is up to 11% cheaper for academia & non-profits and up to 51% cheaper for industry than the equivalent product BE0021 from Bio X Cell.
We guarantee that our antibody will perform exactly the same in your experiments as BE0021 from Bio X Cell: if it doesn’t we will refund your purchase and pay for the Bio X Cell antibody to be delivered to you as soon as possible.
Product Benefits:
ichorbio’s anti-CD62L In Vivo Antibody – Low Endotoxin (MEL-14) is manufactured in a cGMP compliant, ISO Quality Standard 9001:2015 facility. ichorbio’s low endotoxin antibodies have half the endotoxin of comparable antibodies from our competitors at less than 1.0 EU/mg. If ichorbio’s low endotoxin antibodies are not low enough we also offer ultra low endotoxin antibodies which have even less endotoxin (<0.75EU/mg) at an even higher purity (98% versus 95%). ichorbio offers Amazon vouchers or donations to the NC3Rs for reviews of this product: click here for more information. ichorbio: the best antibodies for in vivo research.

Subsets of B and T cells, monocytes, granulocytes, subset of NK cells
Background:
CD62L is a 74-95 kD glycoprotein also known as L-selectin, LECAM-1, Ly-22, and LAM-1. It is a member of the selectin family and is expressed on the majority of B and naïve T cells, a subset of memory T cells, monocytes, granulocytes, most thymocytes, and a subset of NK cells. Furthermore, CD62L is a cell adhesion molecule that binds to many glycoprotein ligands including CD34, GlyCAM-1, and PSGL-1. Clone MEL-14 is reported as a Nutralization antibody.
