Bulk anti-CD4 In Vivo Antibody – Low Endotoxin (GK1.5)
Bio X Cell:
ICH1042 is up to 19% cheaper for academia & non-profits and up to 52% cheaper for industry than the equivalent products BE0003-1 (low endotoxin) and BP0003-1 (ultra-low endotoxin) from Bio X Cell.
We guarantee that our antibody will perform exactly the same in your experiments as BE/BP0003-1 from Bio X Cell: if it doesn’t we will refund your purchase and pay for the Bio X Cell antibody to be delivered to you as soon as possible.
Product Benefits:
ichorbio’s anti-CD4 In Vivo Antibody – Low Endotoxin (GK1.5) is manufactured in a cGMP compliant, ISO Quality Standard 9001:2015 facility. ichorbio’s low endotoxin antibodies have half the endotoxin of comparable antibodies from our competitors at less than 1.0 EU/mg. If ichorbio’s low endotoxin antibodies are not low enough we also offer ultra low endotoxin antibodies which have even less endotoxin (<0.75EU/mg) at an even higher purity (98% versus 95%). ichorbio offers Amazon vouchers or donations to the NC3Rs for reviews of this product: click here for more information. ichorbio: the best antibodies for in vivo research.

Isotype:
Rat IgG2b
Other Names:
T-cell differentiation antigen L3T4, T-cell surface antigen T4/Leu-3
Host:
Rat
Species Reactivity:
Mouse
Specificity:
Anti-CD4 In Vivo Antibody – Low Endotoxin (GK1.5) recognizes an epitope on Mouse CD4
Purification Method:
This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.
Antigen Distribution:
The L3T4 antigen is expressed by the helper/inducer subset of mouse T-cells. The antigen is present on approximately 80% of thymocytes, 20% of spleen cells and 60% of lymph node cells. The expression of L3T4 correlates with class II MHC antigen reactivity on cloned T-cell lines.
Background:
CD4 (cluster of differentiation 4) is a glycoprotein expressed on the surface of T helper cells, regulatory T cells, monocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cells. CD4 interacts with class II molecules of the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) enhancing the signal for T-cell activation.
Immunogen:
Mouse CTL clone V4
Concentration:
≥ 2.0 mg/ml
Formulation:
0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added. BSA and Azide free.

>95% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC
>98% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC
Endotoxin:
≤ 1.0 EU/mg as determined by the LAL method
≤ 0.75 EU/mg as determined by the LAL method
