Purification Method:

Antigen Distribution:
The CD3 complex is present on thymocytes (differentiation dependent), mature T cells, NK-T cells of all mouse strains tested.
Background:
CD3e is a 20 kD transmembrane protein and is a member of the Ig superfamily and primarily expressed on T cells, NK-T cells, and at different levels on thymocytes during T cell differentiation. CD3 plays a critical role in TCR signal transduction, T cell activation, and antigen recognition by binding the peptide/MHC antigen complex.

anti-CD3e In Vivo Antibody – Low Endotoxin (145-2C11) is stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
