Bulk anti-CD120a In Vivo Antibody – Low Endotoxin (55R-593)
Product Benefits:
ichorbio’s anti-CD120a In Vivo Antibody – Low Endotoxin (55R-593) is manufactured in a cGMP compliant, ISO Quality Standard 9001:2015 facility. ichorbio’s low endotoxin antibodies have half the endotoxin of comparable antibodies from our competitors at less than 1.0 EU/mg. If ichorbio’s low endotoxin antibodies are not low enough we also offer ultra low endotoxin antibodies which have even less endotoxin (<0.75EU/mg) at an even higher purity (98% versus 95%). ichorbio offers Amazon vouchers or donations to the NC3Rs for reviews of this product: click here for more information. ichorbio: the best antibodies for in vivo research.

Background:
Tumor Necrosis Factor Receptor Type I (TNFRI) is a 55kD Type I transmembrane protein. TNFRI is expressed independently of TNFRII at low levels on a wide variety of cell types. TNFRI binds TNF-A and TNF-B (also known as LT-A). The subsequent signaling is known to be important for inducing cytolytic activity, antiviral activity, expression of manganous superoxide dismutase and intercellular adhesion molecule (ICAM), IL-6 mRNA accumulation and NF-ĸB induction. TNFRI carries an approximately 80 amino acid death domain near its carboxy terminus capable of transmitting an apoptotic signal through its interaction with TRADD (TNF Receptor I associated death domain protein). Binding of 55R-170 antibody to TNFRI has been shown to block in vitro and in vivo receptor signaling initiated by ligand binding.
