As a rat IgG2a isotype control, clone 1-1 supplies an irrelevant-specificity reference that mirrors the format of experimental rat IgG2a antibodies, allowing researchers to distinguish genuine staining from background. It is well suited to defining negative gates in flow cytometry and to serving as a control arm in functional and in vivo experiments. The antibody is provided in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities to support bulk and high-throughput laboratories.
