This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Detects human CTLA-4. This non-therapeutic antibody uses the same sequence as the therapeutic antibody Ipilimumab.

This research-grade anti-human CTLA-4 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of ipilimumab, built around the CTLA-4 target as a human IgG1-kappa for research use only. Produced to in vivo standards as an ultra-pure, low-endotoxin preparation, it is supplied in scalable milligram to gram quantities for high-throughput and bulk laboratories. It serves as a control and active reagent across checkpoint-blockade assays, in vitro T-cell screening, in vivo tumour immunology models, and ADCC studies.
