Background
Cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated protein 4 (CTLA-4) is an inhibitory checkpoint receptor that restrains early T-cell activation and a foundational target in cancer immunotherapy research. This research-grade anti-human CTLA-4 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of ipilimumab, built around the CTLA-4 target as a human IgG1-kappa for research use only. Produced to in vivo standards as an ultra-pure, low-endotoxin preparation, it is supplied in scalable milligram to gram quantities for high-throughput and bulk laboratories. It serves as a control and active reagent across checkpoint-blockade assays, in vitro T-cell screening, in vivo tumour immunology models, and ADCC studies.
