Background
Programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) is an immune checkpoint ligand that suppresses T-cell responses and a central target in cancer immunology research. This research-grade anti-human PD-L1 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of avelumab, built around the PD-L1 target as a human IgG1-lambda for research use only. Produced to in vivo standards as an ultra-pure, low-endotoxin preparation, it is supplied in scalable milligram to gram quantities for high-throughput and bulk laboratories. It serves as a control and active reagent across preclinical work, including checkpoint-blockade assays, in vitro screening, in vivo tumour immunology models, and ADCC studies.
