Background
CD19 is a B-cell co-receptor that modulates B-cell receptor signalling and serves as a defining marker across B-lineage development. Clone SJ25-C1, a mouse IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody against human CD19, is validated for flow cytometry. In vivo grade SJ25-C1 is supplied in a low-endotoxin formulation and produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to support bulk and high-throughput laboratories. As a non-therapeutic reagent intended strictly for research use only (RUO), anti-CD19 clone SJ25-C1 offers reliable, reproducible results for B-cell immunology and immunophenotyping research.
