Background

TNF Receptor I (CD120a, TNFR1) is the principal receptor mediating tumour necrosis factor signalling, driving inflammatory, apoptotic and survival pathways. Clone 55R-593 is an Armenian hamster IgG1 monoclonal antibody to mouse TNF Receptor I, validated for immunoprecipitation and Western blot. Anti-mouse CD120a 55R-593 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. This non-therapeutic, research-use-only (RUO) reagent offers reproducible, lot-to-lot consistent performance for dissecting TNF signalling in mouse models.
