anti-CD11C In Vivo Antibody - Low Endotoxin (N418) is stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at -80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.

Background
CD11c is an integrin alpha-X chain prominently expressed on dendritic cells, where it serves as a key lineage marker for antigen-presenting cell biology. Clone N418 is an Armenian hamster IgG monoclonal antibody to mouse CD11c, validated for Western blot, flow cytometry, immunoprecipitation, frozen IHC, immunofluorescence, immunocytochemistry and ELISA. Anti-CD11c N418 is provided in a low-endotoxin, in-vivo-suitable format and produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) amounts for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Supplied for research use only (RUO) as a non-therapeutic reagent, N418 offers reliable lot-to-lot reproducibility for dendritic-cell and myeloid research.
