Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2,with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added. BSA and Azide free.

This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Detects human PCSK9. This non-therapeutic antibody uses the same sequence as the therapeutic antibody Alirocumab.

Proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 (PCSK9) regulates LDL-receptor turnover and is a major target in lipid-metabolism and cardiovascular research. This research-grade anti-human PCSK9 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of alirocumab, built around the PCSK9 target for research use only. Manufactured to in vivo standards as an ultra-pure, low-endotoxin human IgG1, it is supplied in scalable milligram to gram quantities for high-throughput and bulk laboratories. The antibody supports preclinical applications including PCSK9-blocking assays, in vitro studies of LDL-receptor regulation, and in vivo models of lipid metabolism.
