Background
Tumour necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) is a master pro-inflammatory cytokine and a heavily studied target across autoimmune and inflammatory disease research. This research-grade anti-human TNF-α recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of adalimumab, built around the TNF-α target and intended strictly for research use only. Manufactured to rigorous in vivo standards in an ultra-pure, low-endotoxin formulation, it is supplied in scalable milligram to gram quantities for heavy-usage, high-throughput laboratories. It serves as a consistent control and active reagent across preclinical work, from in vitro neutralisation screening to in vivo inflammatory disease models, ADCC studies, and biologics characterisation.
